Organised the way a construction company works
Clients and projects, each with its own code, which can be the same as in your ERP. Artificial intelligence helps you find things, but never reorganises anything without your confirmation.
The foundation: organisation
All your company's documentation, organised by client and project.
The foundation of Arkvia: all your company's documentation, organised by client and project. With per-document permissions, alerts before anything expires and a search engine that understands what you're looking for.
How it's used
Four phases in the real app: you set up the client and their project, upload each document to the right place, decide who sees what, and Arkvia alerts you before anything expires.
Animated demo of Arkvia's document management, in four phases. Phase 1: a client is created, with the code Arkvia suggests and the province worked out from the postcode, and then, from the client's record, one of its projects, with its status, its municipality and its manager, who will receive the expiry alerts. Phase 2: in “Upload documents” the destination is chosen; the licence, the geotechnical report and the budget are uploaded to the project in one go, each with its type, followed by an insurance policy with its expiry date; the framework contract goes to the client, and the health and safety manual to the internal documents. Phase 3: on the client's record, the site manager is given access to view and upload across all of that client's projects; on the project, the foreman is given access to that project only, and read-only, and the budget is marked as confidential so that only administrators can see it. Phase 4: the nightly check sends alerts, in the notification bell and by email, for whatever expires in 30 days, in a week and tomorrow; the expiry dashboard sorts it by urgency, and the policy is renewed by uploading the new one with its date, while the old one is archived as a revision.

FAQ
Any project document: licences, insurance policies, drawings, contracts, minutes, health and safety plans, certifications, BC3 budgets, spreadsheets and images, organised by client and project.
Each document can have an expiry date. Arkvia sends alerts 30, 7 and 1 day before it expires, in the app and by email, and has a dashboard with everything that's valid, about to expire and expired.
Yes. Bulk upload lets you drag in entire folders, shows an upload queue and lets you edit the metadata in bulk.
There's no automatic connection to the ERP. Clients and projects have their own alphanumeric code, which can be the same as in your ERP, so both systems refer to the same thing.
One infrastructure
They share documents and permissions: more productivity today and the foundations for artificial intelligence.
